It only speaks ERPNext right now — no QuickBooks, no Xero, not yet.

01

Ask

For the question you'd normally lean over and ask the person two desks over. "What's our AR aging on the Acme account?" Answered from your actual ledger, not a guess dressed up in confident language. Handles files up to 1 MB — a trial balance export, not a data warehouse dump.

You: What's our AR aging on Acme Corp? Ask: 3 open invoices, oldest 41 days. INV-2044 ($4,120) is past your 30-day terms — the other two are current.
02

Analyse

For month-end, when the file is too big to hold in your head and too important to skim. Analyse profiles your data before it ever touches a model, works through it in chunks, and hands back findings you can trace to the exact rows that produced them — not a summary you have to take on faith.

Ledger export Profiler Chunks (paginated) Model calls Findings profiles splits analyzes merges
The profiler sizes up your ledger before anything is sent anywhere — that's what decides chunk size, not a fixed row count.
Analyse: Flagged 6 journal entries posted after the 25th with no attached memo — 4 touch the same GL account (6100 — Office Expense). Rows 812, 900, 1004, 1198.
03

Audit

Runs an ISA-flavored audit pass on your books — the kind that stratifies transactions by materiality and flags what a first-year associate would flag, before your actual auditor does. It is not gentle about it. That's the point of having it.

Where it runs

It plugs into the ERP you already use — no data migration, no new system to learn.

Anything else

Not connected yet. The tool layer is built ERP-neutral on purpose — adding another one is a new adapter, not a rewrite. Tell us which one you're on.

How it touches your books

What it does, plainly, before you connect a production company.

Read-only by default

The agent queries your ledger with SELECT statements — INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE are rejected server-side, not just discouraged in a prompt.

Encrypted at rest

Site URLs and API keys are field-level encrypted in the database, not stored as plain text.
