AccountantAgent processes financial documents and ledger data from your ERPNext instance to answer questions, run analysis, and produce audit findings. Here's what that involves, plainly:
Requests are routed to whichever model provider is handling that mode: Groq, Google Gemini, or NVIDIA. Ask and Analyse chunk large ledgers before anything is sent, so a single request generally carries a page of your data, not the whole file. If a question needs a web search — say, checking a current tax rate — that search runs through Tavily.
Your account details, uploaded files, and agent session history are kept in our database so a session can be resumed or re-run without re-uploading everything. Cost and usage counters are kept to enforce your plan's limits.
Session data and uploaded files are kept for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after cancellation, then deleted. Email us and we'll delete your data sooner on request — expect it done within 30 days.
